[tei-council] TEI Licensing

Did we come to any sort of conclusion on the TEI Licensing 
discussion? (Not that I could tell by re-reading the thread...) 
i.e. something that could result in some actions?

Frankly, I'd prefer to reach as much agreement as we can by email 
before any November meeting because I recognise that a discussion 
of licensing can eat up as much time as is available for it (and 
much more than that).

Just thought I'd mention it.
