Um, no I didn't. I revised it to use the INCLUDE syntax rather than the 
EXCEPT syntax.

Oh really? I don't remember that!  Deciding whether or not to add these 
particular features to Tite is not something I have any very strong 
views on, nor on which I would have expected to comment.
