[tei-council] [TEI-L] Changes on the TEI Board (fwd)

Just to follow up on this quickly: we do need such a statement, and depending on to whom we address it (the board vs. the community) the wording may slightly differ. I'm willing to receive wording proposals from you so that I'll have some food for my painful English after we have discussed.
