[tei-council] [TEI-L] Changes on the TEI Board (fwd)

I have been unable to send mail to the list for a couple of days due
the mailer issues which may be related to the 50-year snow event we're
having in this part of the world right now. Thanks to David Sewell for
updating my list details.
