[tei-council] [tei-board] SIG coordinator

[David Sewell]

The email alias will forward email to your regular address, so it does not 
require having a separate mailbox. We have lots of TEI administrative aliases, 
for example chair at tei-c.org, editors at tei-c.org, membership at tei-c.org, etc. Each 
alias forwards to one or more regular email addresses. It is very easy to add or 
modify an alias.
