[tei-council] Temporarily enabling tei-council email from non-members?

All,

I can set tei-council so that non-members can post, with moderator approval. 
This message is a proof of concept (from a non-subscribed address). Shall I 
enable this for a while, so Google people can participate in this discussion 
directly?

As this will result in spam for me to wade through, I would probably want to 
revert to the stricter rule after a few days.
