I don't disagree in principle at all, Martin,  but in this case the discussion is here on Council list, in response
to James' reminder about a very specific issue debated at the last F2F meeting.  

the idea of state-of-the-art summaries on tei-l, yes indeed, but i think that is a separate
question.
