Laurent,

For the record, the discussion you are referring to was in Galway in 
2008, not Dublin in 2010.  That's what I put in my draft attachment.

By "work this out step by step", do you mean not do (c) and/or (d) at 
this time?  Or leave this page entirely as it is for now?
