[tei-council] Fwd: [ tei-Bugs-2714682 ] biblScope should be in Imprint or not? (biblStruct)

If we leave it "closed", people will think it's been forgotten, and 
there's a chance (though unlikely with Martin and me interested in it) 
that it will actually be forgotten.  If we set it to "postponed" again", 
sf-robot will close it again.  Right?
