We can only meet until 5 p.m. that each day because that's when the
building closes. In my conversations with Laurent, he has been
operating under the assumption that people will trickle out Wednesday
afternoon in order to catch flights.

Let's assume you use the hotel's free shuttle service. You will need 10
minutes to walk from the Big Ten Center to the hotel, and their shuttle
runs at :00, :20, and :40 after the hour for a 10-minute ride to the
airport. So I would leave yourself 30 minutes to get to the airport
from the Big Ten Center.
