sounds like existing data.xTruthValue to me:

   <rng:choice>
      <rng:data type="boolean"/>
      <rng:value>unknown</rng:value>
      <rng:value>inapplicable</rng:value>
    </rng:choice>


we should definitely not go back to "yes" and "no" after so much work removing them!
