Lou, do you think it would be appropriate for

at the phrase "intellectual foundation" to link to

http://www.tei-c.org/Vault/SC/teipcp1.txt

?  I ask you this because there might be more of an intellectual 
foundation besides this document.  (I wasn't at the meeting and can't 
say.)  Adding this link would likely help our version of the principles 
rise higher in the Google ranking.
