[tei-council] FR nuncles: new element tei:objectType

I have deleted all MH's.  I did not add any of them.  I assume 
that was LR trying to tally up what people had already voted for. 
  The administrator for any poll can edit it in any way, (even 
changing what people voted for), but I will, of course, not do 
this other than to remove MH's votes.

MH... go vote again. ;-)
