[tei-council] update on spring 2011 council meeting

Please reserve 11-13 April 2011 for a Council meeting at the Big Ten
Center near Chicago O'Hare International Airport. We will have a one-day
symposium on Monday followed by a two-day Council meeting on Tuesday and
