I dont think that's particularly grouchy -- sounds like common sense 
where a ticket already exists.

In the case of the comment about genetic editing stuff which I just made 
here  and on the wiki page, there wasn't any ticket to attach it to  -- 
since the discussion was about creating new tickets of course!
