I've now implemented the changes proposed and agreed in sf ticket 2900430 (adding <scriptDesc> and <scriptNote>, @handRef and @scribeRef) Although I've closed the ticket I think the Guidelines really ought to include some examples of a <scriptNote>, if only to clarify usage of this element together with, or as an alternative to <handNote>. Any volunteers?
