What's the change, you say? same old manky interface and bugs.  But no. This Roma
now calls on OxGarage to do its transformations into schemas etc, and that means
it uses the XSLT 2.0 stylesheets.  When this is rolled out, the whole generation
of ODD-processing XSLT 1.0 code will become obsolete at last.

The next stage is to get OxGarage running on www.tei-c.org, as at present the
service calls on an OxGarage on an unsupported VM in Oxford.
