[tei-council] The poll

Laurent is on holiday this week, so maybe we should wait for his input 
before organizing a telco but I have however already discussed the major 
outstanding issues with him and have a summary list I plan to post. The 
idea we had discussed was to ask Council members to volunteer each to 
take charge of one or two related issues, so that these could be 
discussed efficiently in a meeting, telephonic or otherwise.

Three weeks is a bit tight, but possible...
