Actually, it turns out there are only a few more tickets where I think I 
have a concrete proposal to put to the vote. Here they are:

Get your votes in early, as we still have a fair few more complex issues 
to debate. I hope to post summaries of those in the next few days. The 
goal is to be able to crank out a nice new pre-release with as many as 
possible old gripes resolved  in time for the Members' Meeting in November.
