I understand that many months ago Apex provided to Dan and/or Perry, 
which they have been reviewing these and were supposed to present to 
Council as a revised ODD.  Could someone provide me with a copy of these 
proposed revisions and then Perry and/or I can filter these into 
SourceForge as individual tickets?

I am quite keen to move this along -- not only because I have been 
expecting these proposed revisions for months but also because I am now 
receiving content back from AccessTEI and am trying to convince Apex to 
change some of their AccessTEI encoding practices.
