While Laurent's stylesheets are generic, mine (TEI-to-NLM) are very
specific to the tagset I'm using for my teiJournal project:

<http://ialltjournal.org/>

They'd be pretty useless for general use. If you look at an article, you
can see links to the TEI, NLM 3.0, and NLM 2.3 versions:

<http://ialltjournal.org/apa/doc.xhtml?id=iallt_40_01_sawhill>

They might be a good start for someone planning to write a generic
conversion, though. One issue is whether to go for NLM 2.3 or 3.0; IIRC,
the NLM community seems to be rather split on whether 3.0 was a good
idea, with some electing to stick with 2.3 (like GPL2 vs GPL3); so 3.0
is newer, but I think 2.3 has much broader adoption.

I'll send you my stylesheets separately.

Cheers,
Martin
