and of course that seems right and proper. But the relevant section (file  FM1-IntroductoryNote.xml) is very much written as a snapshot
overview of the process leading up to P5 release, and simply updating the lists would not be sufficient.

I suggest that ideally we need to retire that prefix as is to the back matter (PrefatoryNote.xml)
and write a new short one which is more sustainable for the way we are now working. Would
that be acceptable to everyone?
