[tei-council] its release time

This is just a note to plead for forbearance if I am slow to deal with
any current TEI website issues. This week we are in the midst of (1)
physically moving from one office to another, and (2) negotiating with
a federal agency on a cooperative agreement for a collaborative
publication. In other words, it is total insanity. I should be able to
help with website work by this weekend at the latest,

David
