[tei-council] update on room reservations in Dublin

You might recall that earlier this year Laurent asked everyone to let 
him know what day they would arrive and depart from Dublin.  We at the 
DHO have been working on reserving a block of rooms, so my colleague 
Emily Cullen or I will be in touch soon about this.  No need to reserve 
a room on your own (as in the information I prepared for Symposium 
participants).  --Kevin
