do you literally mean a new list?

if we wanted to set up a fixed-term "ODD Architecture changes" list for between now
and Dublin, there are some other tickets it could resolve too :-}

But who would be on this list apart from people already on this list? only Syd
is currently engaged (but thats because no-one on TEI-L knows about it)
