[tei-council] TEI pre-council symposium on 28 April

I'm happy to be included. Did you have any particular thing you wanted 
me to talk about? I could do something on bibliographies in scholarly 
articles, if that's suitable, perhaps looking at different approaches 
with TEI and NLM.
