[tei-council] Attendance plans for our next TEI council meeting

Dear all,
Following the call I have just had with Kevin, our Dublin organizers  
would like to have a more precise idea of the actual number of rooms  
to be booked in the context of our F2F meeting. As you know, the  
meeting will take place on 28-30 April, starting with a one day  
Symposium followed by the actual close council meeting.
Could you all send me a note as to your rough travel plans (date of  
arrival, date of departure) so that we get a first estimate of the  
number of rooms to be booked.
