[tei-council] A new year for the council!

I am just about to say "goodbye, cruel world" by removing myself and the
other retiring members from the tei-council list. (Remember that the
list archives are public, so if you start talking about us behind our
backs we will find out!) However, I remain list administrator for the
email lists hosted at Virginia (tei-council, tei-board) and am also
taking over TEI Webmaster duties from Chris Ruotolo this year. (If you
saw her at the TEI Meeting this is not news, but she is expecting her
first baby in the near future and will be taking a long maternity
leave.) So please continue to report to me any problems or requests
concerning the list or the website.
