[tei-council] TEI MIME type

All,

I contacted Sigfrid Lundberg, and he is happy to help draft the MIME
type application but will have no time before January. Laurent, I
told him that you would be in touch with him some time next month
(slu at kb.dk), and also said that I'm sure one or two people on Council
with experience in drafting standards documents could help if he needs
technical advice on anything,
