[tei-council] Upcoming telco and next face to face meeting

I don't have the invite any more, but I filled in the survey on the 
expectation that the website would have converted the times to local 
times, as these things usually do. If the times are all 15h Central 
Europe, then that affects my availability on at least one of the days I 
said was okay. (The Thursday, fwiw.)
