Picking this up for future reference...

Generally all, I'd prefer you didn't use the toll-free numbers unless 
absolutely necessary. We get something like 100 minutes a month, and 
since I donate the space to the TEI, any excess comes directly onto my 
credit card. And 100 minutes on a group the size of ours is nothing.
