The hidefconferencing web pages claim that they have toll-free 
service in the following countries:

USA Canada Austria Belgium France Germany Ireland Italy Spain 
Switzerland United Kingdom

The email Dot referenced only has the USA/Canada numbers.  I 
suppose no one knows the UK number do they?  I've checked their 
webpages with no luck.  Lou/Sebastian/I will be using a 
conference phone for the call rather than all sit in separate 
rooms on Skype.
