[tei-council] word-dividing

I quite like "midword", I admit. But to my mind, "worddiv" suggests
the exact opposite, viz a line break which occurs between words
("word division"). If the epidock manual mandates its use, that's
just fine, of course. I assume epidock has all sorts of rules
which cut down on the permissiveness of the TEI in similar ways, which
is the point of a project like that.
