[tei-council] proposal for a Scholarly Publishing SIG

Colleagues -- I attach a proposal from Kenneth Reed to form a new SIG on 
Scholarly Publishing for Council's approval. If Council approves this 
proposal, is there somebody who would act as liaison?

I can take back to Kenneth any comments or concerns you have with the 
SIG. I wonder if we could have an answer for Kenneth by 26 June.
