[tei-council] naming names again (<precision> and <certainty>)

Might this cause even more confusion by its similarity to the @select 
attribute in XSLT which can contain more than a pattern? @select, I 
believe, can contain a full xpath expression, whereas say @match in 
<xsl:template> can only contain a pattern.  That is my udnerstanding 
from reading http://www.w3.org/TR/xslt20/#patterns at least.

Would @match be better? or worse? I understand that it maybe doesn't 
sound as nice.
