<certainty pattern="*/@resp='#LB'" locus="value" degree="0.2"/>
  -> there is only a 0.2 certainty that the value "LB" on any  @resp is 
correct

<certainty pattern="*[@resp='#LB']" locus="value" degree="0.2"/>
  -> there is only a 0.2 certainty that the content of any element such 
that it contains @resp="LB" is correct

Probably worth adding both into the text to make this clearer. Other 
suggestions?
