Some small remarks:
- in the discussion of uncertainty, there used to be a reference to 
<unclear> as a possible alternative in the introduction to the section, 
which I found helpful
- in the last example in 21.2, @stdDeviation should presumably have a 
numeric value
- the precision element has no example
