[tei-council] dim

Thanks to Sebastian, I've found the definition of <dim> in the daily 
build guidelines. However, the schema I've built using the Roma build at 
http://tei.oucs.ox.ac.uk/Roma/ implements modelMeasurelike but doesn't 
include <dim> (and as far as I can see doesn't seem to implement 
model.dimLike_sequenceOptional, since it constrains height, width, depth 
to that order).

Is this the development Roma, or am I looking in the wrong place again?
