[tei-council] Precision

Quick question: are the decisions we made about the new <precision/> 
element also in line to be implemented in time for the impending 
release? I don't think there were any outstanding issues there, but if 
you need anything from me, I am of course happy to chip in to expedite this.

(BTW: Dot tells me she's no longer receiving Council emails for the last 
several weeks. Could whoever's in charge of the list look into this please?)
