[tei-council] Historical list of Council members?

Is there a list anywhere of the TEI Council membership for each year the
Council has existed?

It occurs to me that this would be a very helpful thing for people to
have in considering nominations for Council members (to see who has and
has not served in the past). A list could be appended to the Council
page on the TEI website. Plus it would recognize the service of past
members.
