[tei-council] next release and num/@value

I was just wondering whether the changes to num/@value agreed at the
last f2f (addition of @valueType; allowing values other than strictly
numeric in certain circumstances) will be implemented in the GL and ODD
in time for the next static release in June?

(I don't see any sign of it having changed in the prodo GLs at
http://tei.oucs.ox.ac.uk/P5/Guidelines-web/en/html/ref-num.html, but
that doesn't necessarily mean that it isn't being fixed behind the
scenes somewhere.)

This is a block for a huge P4 to P5 conversion that I have to carry out
in the next couple weeks: literally thousands of files will not validate
to tei-all unless @value allows fractions.

So: anything I can do to help?

Gabby
