[tei-council] P5, the upcoming release

Now is the time to start counting down to a new release.
Can everyone check their consciences, their wish lists
and their action items, and decide now whether more
changes are to be made in the Guidelines in the
next 2 weeks.

was last built on 12th May.

My remaining task is to get Korean in.
