[tei-council] Council meeting minutes online

Corrected. Sorry, I was using the wording from the Galway minutes
without remembering the change in status.

However, it was someone outside of Council who reported a more
embarrassing error resulting from using the Galway minutes as a
template; for a couple of days the Lyon minutes read, "The meetings were
held at l'Ecole normale supérieure Lettres et sciences humaines at the
National University of Ireland, Galway".

Needless to say, any other corrections are welcome.
