Have a look at

Any reasonable suggestions for layout etc accepted....excluding
anything for which you can't specify an algorithm expressed
in XSLT 2.0, please :-}
The examples are ordered by the name of the outermost element, fwiw.
James suggested ordering by xml:lang, but I remain considerably
unconvinced by that.
