[tei-council] Red, amber, and green kudos

I'm on the plane and filing some built-up correspondence, including the
red-amber-green correspondence. I'd like to thank Lou, Sebastian, and
James at the Oxford editorial support group for doing a really superb
job of classifying and dealing with the sourceforge requests and
reports. This is the second or third time we've done this (was the first
time not at Galway?) and it is working extremely well. It is a very
smart system.
I've not been able to be as active as I'd might like to be on this this
time--there have been various board activities a foot that are taking my
time up. But the council members also have been going above and beyond
the call in getting through this material.
Well done all round!
