[tei-council] Start attribute in tei_odds.odd

The customisation tei_odds.odd on the website (which I assume derives 
from tei_odds.odd.pre in SourceForge) has a start attribute which 
includes <div1> and <div2>. Is there any particular reason why it should 
not contain <div>?

The reason I ask is that I'd like to use the corresponding schema to 
validate the sections of the getting started document. I have created a 
parent document (gettingstarted.xml) that includes the separate sections 
using XInclude. The top level element in these sections is <div>. They 
won't validate if <div> is not allowed.

Or is there a much better approach?
