one of my action items says I must fix the problem of delivering 
multiple files
from Roma (ie when making XSD).

The only way I can see to do this is to offer a zip file containing
what is needed.  But this is a pain for people who want a simple RNG
file.

Would it be acceptable to deliver XSD as a zip archive, and RELAX
and DTD as plain files, or is that very confusing?
