Or, alternatively, the elements <docAuthor>, <docDate>, <docEdition>,
<docImprint>, and <docTitle> should be eliminated, as they serve no
useful purpose above and beyond <author>, <date>, <edition>,
<imprint>, and <title> if they were permitted as children of
<titlePage> (and <msItem> and <msContents>).
