Q. where is it?

A. waiting on Chris R at Virginia to work out how
    to update a huge directory tree.


It's already released on Sourceforge, of course, and
as Debian packages. The delay on the web site
is very frustrating. That poxy CMS system looks
like a burden.

Just so you know, no changes after last Sunday 1500 GMT
approx are included.
