[tei-council] printed guidelines (again)

That's a good question. I really don't like the boxes, and I use online
PDFs largely for printing. That being said, it is really nice when you
get a PDF that has interactive features working properly.
Perhaps a very faint colored box: light gray or something? I find the
boxes really intrusive in my reading, as handy as I find the
interactivity in my browsing.
